Refund Policy

1. Software Development & IT Services

Due to the custom nature of our software development and IT consulting services, we do not offer refunds for work that has already been completed and approved by the client. Payments are typically tied to specific project milestones defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Project Cancellation

If a client wishes to cancel a project before its completion, the client will be billed for the pro-rated hours worked up to the point of cancellation notification. Any deposits made that exceed the value of the pro-rated work will be refunded within 14-30 business days.

3. Managed Hosting & Maintenance

For monthly recurring services such as managed hosting, server maintenance, or SEO packages, cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service used.
